| Description: | SDF-1α (P2G) Mutant of Human Stromal Cell Derived Factor 1α (SDF-1α) is a strong antagonist of SDF-1α. Like SDF-1α it is a stromal derived CXC chemokine and signals through the CXCR-4 and CXCR-7 receptors. It functions as a competitive inhibitor of SDF-1α by binding to these receptor sites. |
